Phase 1

• Bulk excavation and muck-shift
• 1.7 meter reduction overall
• Redirecting live drains to allow for excavation
• Excavation of strip foundations a further 1.5 meters
• Casting of strip foundations in C45 concrete
• Installation of rebar mesh and building of shutters
• Casting of 300m main floor slab
• Full draining package including attenuation tank built and fitted including pump system

Phase 2

• Installation and completion for the build
• Remediation and general landscaping around the build
• Installation of 375 sq meter heated tarmac drive
